I really like Nato Thompson the head of Creative Time. I think he uses his goofiness to disarm people and push his political activist agenda as a curator.
so if Natos background is as how he tells it, how did he storm the castle??
the strategy v tactic book was the one i was telling you about. i'm barely through it though. but its got some good ideas. it is about finding "space" / claiming territory
I don't know, but I imagine it's quite a contrast to most curators whose life story would be, 'well I was born in Connecticut...' It actually gives you a kind of hope, I am sure it's something he said to himself, that if I ever make it i am gonna let people know where I came from, I am still too embarrassed to reclaim my working class roots yet.
