Okay so we havent managed to make any headway on a PhD thread so I propose a different methodology:
1. This thread is for proposing the most ridiculous and archetypal titles for fictional PHD theses.
2. The second step os for us to propose what that PHD could actually possibly be about.
3. Hopefully I will end up with the most ridiculously ambitious PHD topic and it will have a hilarious name.
what about a phd on 'extra-legal' communies - ie communes, collectives, cults etc and somehow bringing it back into the fold of legal theory - i guess it would be somewhat anthropologist to begin and then work backwards to legal responses and theorisations. And could build toward things like seasteading.

ps you once asked me what work was like - its like when your plane is delayed indefinately and you are moping around the airport doing admin for a trip that you are unsure will ever eventuate.
